Produced with botanicals grown on the hills of Val Trebbia, sweetened with honey and naturally colored with red rose petals.
Antica Bottega Premium Smoked (Piedmont) 10β¬

In the mouth it is full, warm and intense, the predominant smokiness on the nose here blends perfectly with the citrus delicacy of lemon and orange peel and with the strong spiciness of cubeb pepper. The finish is long and persistent and leaves room for the sweetness of Madagascar vanilla.

Fermented with whole black rice with toasted, almost sweet notes, typical of the cerevisiae yeasts used, then unleashing complex bitter-herbal sensations typical of Piedmontese vermouths thanks to the 36 botanicals it is infused with. The finish is umami, almost savory, thanks to the whole rice.
